nouveau_monday | SPN tables which I am stealing for my own purposes

Someone on my flist posted a link to the spn_25 community, and I am shamelessly stealing two of the tables for my own ATWT purposes. I might even steal them for my criminal minds purposes if i ever get off my ass and actually start writing again.

I'd love it if some of the members of the hayloft who read this journal would maybe take a look at the fifty prompts below and think about something to write.

ithilien22 and I were talking about how we'd love to do a remix challenge over at the hayloft, but to do that, we'd need all participants to write something that they'd like to have remixed and be willing to remix somebody else's work. Regardless of when that happens, I'd still love it if the hayloft got some love from people, so hey writers, you know who you are.

I'm a member there. . .(I don't have posting privileges, I don't think) but I could try one of the sets of prompts. Would they *all* have to be NC-17? (Obviously most of them imply the writing be a higher rating btu some. . . ::shrugs::)

Everything on the hayloft is nc-17, we allow a little bit of porn-to-plot ratio for longer pieces, but the overall story has to be nc-17. That's why I thought of hayloft writers. It seems like a fun challenge, don't you think? I mean, 50 prompts all told, and if we could get 50 stories from that, and then 50 remixes ... the hayloft would have 100 more pieces of nc-17 quality smut. Which I'm all about. Plus, I need to practice writing bottom!luke and top!noah, so I need something to spur my creative juices.

I'd love to have someone else working on these prompts beside me. That'd be fantastic. Company is always cheerfully accepted, because then I have someone else who can sympathize/empathize with me.

::nods:: Yeah, I know. I forgot about the porn-to-plot ratio. o____O Hmm, I think I will *try*.

Yes! A very fun challenge! I don't write NC-17 very often, but it's *usually* a lack of ideas. More smut is FTW, though.

Well, I'm totally going to do it. I dunno if I'll be able to write all of it quickly (my muse is a bitch. =P) but I'll do it. So company, you will have. I think others will do it too, though. =D

The more the merrier, I say. I hope other people do read this and write it. I'd love to see how each of us responds to the same prompt differently.

Yay! Now I need to make sure other people see these as well. or cross my fingers. or hope that writers who aren't spn people poke their friends and say there's these cool tables nouveau_monday stole from some spn site, you know you want to write them.

and also, have we not learned that i am an enabling FIEND? It's, like, mandatory or something that I enable the fuck out of this fandom. I swear. It's true. Enable! Enable! Enable!

How do you join the hayloft? I would love to join if that is at all possible!

the hayloft is a community that anyone who is over 18 can join. To write or create art for the hayloft is different. For that you need to have written something that is high quality nc-17 luke/noah or van/jake and have one of the other writers recommend you to the moderators (that would be

ithilien22 or me).

You can see a list of who currently has posting access to the hayloft on the community's profile. Ithilien and I have just snagged some people after reading their fic and said: you. we need you for the hayloft.

Honestly, a big part of this for me is that I know people who read luke_noah are under 18. So i wanted a place that made me feel safer to post because it was clearly labeled as an adult community. But also, because I'm a snob, and I want goooooood stuff collected somewhere.

Well I am 23 so no problems there. I feel a little nervous about submitting my writing to it because I just started posting here. But I love like to join just to be able to read. How do I do that?

I am totally on board with this idea. Is there going to be an official launch of the challenge, or are you guys trying to get some fic started first to make a pool for to be remixed? Also, I'd be willing to put up some of the stories I've already written as candidates for remixing, if that's an option.

I've got to think about the prompts. I need a wee break from writing, but soon. I can hear the smut calling my name.

You know, I don't think I've ever written anything really explicitly NC-17. So this will be a doubly interesting challenge for me. 8)
