Okay, so this is huge for me. Beyond huge. And I don't really know how to thank everyone that has been apart of this with me. I'm at this odd loss of words. What's going on with this big emo freak, you may be asking. Well, I can tell you.
I just totaled up all my Fanfic from this year written or co-written by me. (And I have one more story still to post before the year ends). But so far, to date for the year 2008:
126,682 words of Fanfic spread across 3.5 fandoms. Mainly ATWT (luke/noah), but the .5 is for RPS of those two. Plus Criminal Minds and 1 NCIS drabble.
I don't know about those of you who write seriously, but for someone like me who has been catastrophically stuck in a rut for several years this was, honestly, beyond amazing. Where before I thought of myself as someone who liked to dabble in writing, I now think of myself as a writer. It's really mindblowing.
I also wrote 28,653 words of original fic this year that I submitted to an actual contest.
Seriously, could not have done any of this without the amazing support that I've received here.
So thank you all from the bottom of my fingers and my heart. You're the best.
